Cries of injustice were rising from God’s people. The hurts, brokenness, and hopelessness of slavery and lost promises had taken its toll.
The hosts of Heaven stood by, watching how The Lord would respond to His people’s pleas. Evil rulers were dominating the world, and every other god was staking its claim for the worship and attention of humanity, all bragging about their dominance. This sounds similar to where we are today with idols, evil ways, and unsound leaders pulling the world every way but towards truth and freedom.
A bush started to burn in the wilderness. . .
The God of Heaven heard His people’s cries and He sent forth His decree for their deliverance. Come along as Heaven’s curtains are pulled back, revealing an epic scope this world simply cannot contain. He is preparing an Eternal Promised Land for His people, and He is coming to take us all there.

“Alignment” is such an important word in our lives, and yet so few of us understand the depth of why. Have you ever ridden in a vehicle that is not aligned correctly? It pulls, tugs, and almost acts like it has its own self-will. Our lives can play out that way when we are misaligned in our priorities, in the way we think, what we spend our time on, and what we do not. We fight and tug, but are never really going straight on the road like our life-car is meant to do. Or have you ever felt stuck and like your life is on hold, but you don’t know why? Sometimes learning patience is part of our journey and that is why things seem to take longer to unfold. God will give His Grace when patience is the need. What I am talking about is that feeling of “stuck,” that no matter how long you wait, it just seems like your life is not moving forward. You might want to check your alignment; I know I needed to. Did you know that Jesus mentioned His Kingdom more than 80 times in the New Testament? Neither did I, but when I realized this, I knew something Big was missing in my life and that I better start reading about it. I knew my alignment was off and it was time to go into God’s mechanic shop. Jesus’ Kingdom has no end, it is not cut from a stone that people created, and it is the key to an aligned, empowered life that can literally change your now and your Eternity.
